3D ANIMATOR ROLE
- Creating & Breathing life' into 3D rigged models
- Researching visual style, genre, and technologies to produce each individual project
- Applying motion capture to enhance performances
- Identifying key scenes and sequences
- Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
- Managing files, animation libraries, and updating procedures documentation
- Integrating sound and syncing dialogue
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to visualize 3D iterations of two-dimensional storyboards and artwork
- Good instinct for timing, movement, and editing cuts
- Experience working with 3D models and rigs
- Understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of anatomy, how limbs move, the effect of weight, and the behavior of skin and flesh
- Knowledge of film and animation genres, and ability to work within these styles
- Advanced concept of visual language - perspective, point of view, proportion, color, composition, framing, etc.
UI/UX ROLE
- Work with product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solution to the team/company stakeholders
- Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well define scope
- Work with multiple product researchers and/or product managers to build or improve the user experience
- Work independently and efficiently on multiple projects of different size and scope
- Conduct and facilitate ideation sessions, design validation, and usability testing to ensure the highest product quality standards
- Develop conceptual treatments and detailed designs for digital visual identity systems, websites, landing pages, digital platforms, apps, and other digital content
- Incorporate strong design theory including user flow and navigation
- Manage multiple projects at one time and work with efficiency
- Sell and defend ideas and your work to internal team members for our platforms and to clients
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ Years Experience
- Must be a conceptual and strategic thinker
- Flexible in your ability to take individual initiative and self-manage
- Must be able to use Figma.
