Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to lead client relationships and drive business growth for our media, branding, and public relations services in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, develop strategic plans for client growth, and oversee teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
- Education:
   - Bachelor\'s degree (BSc) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
   - Master\'s degree (MSc) preferred in a relevant discipline.
- Experience:
   - Proven experience in account management or a similar managerial role in media, PR, or branding.
   - Experience managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Skills:
   - Strong strategic thinking and client management skills.
   - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
   - Ability to oversee teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts in media, branding, and public relations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts.
- Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Drive business growth through client relationships and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
