Job Brief:
- As an Application Security Tester at Uridium Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our applications.
- You will be responsible for conducting thorough security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and working closely with development teams to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of applications, identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle.
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability scanning to assess the security of web and mobile applications.
- Develop and execute security testing plans and procedures.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of secure coding practices.
- Produce clear and concise security assessment reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Security Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of web application security principles.
- Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Experience with security testing tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or similar are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
