Job Summary
- We are seeking passionate and creative Architectural Design Interns to join our growing team.
- This internship offers hands-on experience in residential, commercial, interior, and landscape design projects.
- You will support our senior architects in developing design concepts, drafting plans, and contributing to ongoing projects from ideation to presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating architectural drawings and 3D models for residential, commercial, interior, and landscape projects.
- Support the design team in concept development, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct site research, data collection, and analysis for design inspiration and feasibility.
- Help prepare materials, boards, and digital presentations for clients and internal reviews.
- Update and maintain project documentation and version control.
- Attend design meetings and contribute creative input and technical feedback.
- Support sustainability and innovation in design projects using modern tools and thinking.
Requirements
- Recently completed a Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and optionally Rhino or Lumion.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and visual presentation.
- Basic knowledge of Nigerian building codes and construction regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and open to feedback.
- Portfolio of work (school or personal projects) is required for consideration.
