Job Summary: 

  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art/Creative Director to lead our Media and Design teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional creative leadership skills, capable of developing and executing innovative visual strategies. This role requires expertise in storytelling across digital, print, and multimedia platforms to drive impactful campaigns and brand consistency for both the company and its clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative visual strategies aligned with internal and client branding goals.
  • Lead high-impact campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Transform client objectives into compelling visual experiences with measurable results.
  • Integrate motion graphics, AR/VR, and interactive media into campaigns.
  • Oversee creative production from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines for consistency in aesthetics and messaging.
  • Implement structured feedback and approval processes to enhance design efficiency.
  • Manage and prioritize creative projects for both the company and clients.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between design and media teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, multimedia creators, and video specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement training programs to upskill the team.
  • Serve as the primary creative liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Optimize creative budgeting and resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Maintain a digital asset management system for efficient content retrieval.
  • Conduct post-project assessments to refine workflows and processes.
  • Streamline creative workflows and production pipelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • B. Sc in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual communication, or multimedia production.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of design, motion graphics, animation, cinematography, and video production workflows.
  • Expertise in branding, UI/UX design, and digital marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in 3D design, AR/VR, or interactive media is a plus.
