Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our workforce. The specialist will build custom business applications and automate workflows with the Microsoft Power Platform and support the development and deployment of our in-house automation tool. The ideal candidate is also experienced with SharePoint deployment and other Microsoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy business process automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Utilize our in-house automation tool to streamline and enhance business processes.
- Set up POCs and manage deployments of automation solutions
- Customize and manage SharePoint sites to meet organizational and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure all developed solutions are secure, scalable, and perform efficiently.
- Maintain basic web applications to support various business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and business process automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SharePoint and other Microsoft productivity tools.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business process automation principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certifications (Pl-100 and PL-200 are desirable).
- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
