Job Summary:

  • The BA/Technical Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining technical requirements, and managing projects from inception to completion. He/she will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business goals while overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • He/she will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budget management, and team supervision, while also providing in-depth market analysis, performance benchmarking, and strategic advice to senior management.
  • This role involves ensuring the successful implementation of projects, optimizing business processes, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Create project plans with relevant team members.
  • Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for projects.
  • Analyze and design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project goals.
  • Prepare progress reports for senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, in collaboration with relevant team members.
  • Ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of project improvements and ensure that solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management, with a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, economic indicators, and competitor analysis, especially within the financial or technology sectors.
