Role Description
- This is a contract role for a Back End Developer. The Back End Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with back-end web development, including software development, object-oriented programming, front-end development, and programming.
- This is a hybrid role, with the candidate in Ikeja, but with some flexibility for remote work.
- We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the server side of our web applications.
- If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.
- As a Back-end developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
- Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.
Job Responsibility
- Design, create, and maintain applications using the .NET platform
- Understand requirements and transform them into functional applications in line with business objectives
- Ability to collaborate on a project with a team of developers
- Develop API's using DotNet Core Framework
- Write Unit Test scripts for API's developed
- Provide Technical Documentation on development
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficient with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with Front-End Development
- Strong programming skills
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with server-side APIs and frameworks is a plus
