Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, and Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech industry or working with financial systems.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
- Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
