- We are currently seeking Backend Engineers at all levels of experience to join our team.
What we are looking out for (All Levels):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or similar.
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization is an added advantage.
- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and designing data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend-developers, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize and scale systems for performance and reliability.

Requirements
Mid-Level Engineer Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in backend development.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable backend systems.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

- Senior Backend Engineers:
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Deep expertise in architecture and scaling large backend systems.
- Leadership experience in technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
