The Trademarked brand and product “onfleekQ” is our flagship on-demand booking platform for Beauty and Personal care services & products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain APIs: Build and optimize RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based services.
- Database Management: Design, implement, and manage databases using PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize backend systems for efficiency, scalability, and speed.
- Integration & Security: Implement third-party integrations and ensure backend security best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to enhance platform functionality.
- Debugging & Optimization: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot backend issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python & Django Framework (3+ years experience preferred).
- Experience working with APIs (REST, WebSockets is a plus).
- Database expertise (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Knowledge of authentication & security best practices (JWT, OAuth).
- Experience with asynchronous task queues (Celery, Redis etc).
- Version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Abuja (Remote work is NOT available).
