We are in need of a BI Analyst to analyze ATM card/digital payment performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies. Build dashboards, automate reports, and partner with product/marketing teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze card/payment performance (activation, retention, transactions) by region/team to spot trends/issues.
- Investigate metric anomalies (e.g., retention drops) and collaborate with ops/risk teams to solve problems.
- Design automated reports/dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to streamline data delivery.
- Support product optimization with customer behavior analysis (e.g., transaction patterns).
- Create reports/presentations for leadership on insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years BI/Data Analysis experience in finance/payments (ATM/digital card experience a plus).
- SQL (Python/R a plus), Power BI/Tableau.
- Strong analytical/communication skills; bias for action in fast-paced environments.
