Job Summary
- A Business Analyst bridges the gap between an organization’s strategic goals and its technology solutions.
- They gather, analyze, and document business requirements, help stakeholders define problems, and recommend data?driven improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Document functional and non?functional requirements using models such as use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks; present findings to leadership.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and testers.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to elicit and validate requirements.
- Support the development team during implementation, handling change requests and clarifying details.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training and rollout.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
- 2 ? 3?years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project?management methodologies.
- Ability to think critically, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Age: 25 years to 28 years old.
- Must reside around Yaba Axis.
