  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic, analytical, and administrative support to the department. The role focuses on driving business performance through data analysis, strategic planning, market intelligence, and effective project support. You will be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, deliver actionable insights, and ensure efficient coordination of the departments operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Planning & Support: Develop and prepare strategic documents, presentations, and reports that align with the department’s goals. Provide actionable insights to aid decision making by divisional leadership.
  • Business Analysis & Market Intelligence: Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to generate reports that influence business direction. Analyze business data and trends to provide recommendations for process improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Project & Performance Management: Support in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinate performance review meetings, and manage the unit’s strategic sessions and follow-up deliverables.
  • Administrative Coordination: Organize departmental meetings, manage documentation, prepare minutes, and ensure effective internal communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Heads of Departments, clients, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, project coordination, client service, or a related role.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Professional certifications in business analysis, project management, or data analytics is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
