Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in driving the go to-market strategy for our fintech business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in  developing and executing strategies to promote our innovative product to potential customers, with  a focus on incentivization, market mapping, customer education, and collaboration with industry  stakeholders. Responsibilities include: 

  • Incentivization Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to incentivize merchants and users  to adopt our fintech product. This includes designing attractive incentives, such as discounts,  rewards programs, and referral bonuses, to drive user acquisition and engagement. 
  • Mapping of Merchant Locations: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key merchant  locations and target markets for product penetration. Utilize data analytics tools and geographic  information systems (GIS) to map merchant locations and prioritize outreach efforts. 
  • Market Surveys: Design and conduct market surveys to gather insights into customer  preferences, needs, and pain points. Analyze survey data to identify market trends,  opportunities, and competitive threats, and provide actionable recommendations to inform  product development and marketing strategies. 
  • Customer Education: Develop educational materials and presentations to inform potential  customers of the key features and functionalities of our fintech product. Highlight the ease of  use, security measures, and compatibility with existing systems and mobile banking apps to drive  adoption and usage. 
  • Collaboration with Market Associations: Build and maintain relationships with market  associations, trade organizations, and industry stakeholders to promote our product to their  members. Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns to  increase product visibility and adoption. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the  go-to-market strategy, such as user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.  Identify areas for improvement and optimization and make data-driven recommendations to  enhance strategy effectiveness. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product  management, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align go-to-market efforts with overall  business objectives. Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to  maximize market impact and ROI. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements and industry  standards related to fintech products and services. Ensure that our go-to-market strategy  complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.

Education/ Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,  Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.  Master's degree preferred. Certification in business  analysis or project management is a plus. 
  • Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a Business Analyst  or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.

Skills/ Abilities 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret  complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with  the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and  compelling manner. 
  • Thoughtful thinker with a proactive and results-oriented  mindset. 
  • Experience with market research, survey design, and  data analysis tools. 
  • Knowledge of fintech trends, technologies, and  competitive landscape. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative  environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics  software.
