Job Purpose:

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the sales and business growth of the company’s cloud and automation solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities in the cloud and automation sector.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the company’s cloud and automation solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new leads and sales opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in cloud and automation services.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their automation and cloud requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized cloud and automation solutions that align with client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of cloud solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address service issues and escalations effectively.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies, automation tools, and industry trends.
  • Provide insights for product development and service offerings based on client feedback and market demand.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to highlight the benefits of the company’s solutions.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to develop promotional materials and go-to-market strategies for cloud and automation solutions.
  • Report on sales activities, opportunities, pipeline development, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance the company’s visibility and promote its expertise in cloud and automation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Revenue growth from cloud and automation solutions
  • Sales pipeline size and conversion rate
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels
  • Market share expansion

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly in cloud computing and automation solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (e.g., RPA, DevOps).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Certification) or automation tools.

Work Environment:
