Job Purpose:
- The Business Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team focused on driving sales and business growth in cybersecurity solutions. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing team performance, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives specializing in cybersecurity solutions.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create individual development plans to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies.
- Oversee the identification and qualification of new leads and sales opportunities.
Sales & Business Development:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage high-value accounts, leading contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address service issues and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance cybersecurity offerings and services.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and product development, to align on objectives and strategies.
- Report on team performance, sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote cybersecurity expertise.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
