JOB SUMMARY
- As a Business Solutions Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology.
- Your role will be pivotal in understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, and creating solutions that align with organizational goals.
- This position demands a creative, analytical, and highly adaptable professional who can think outside the box and deliver results.
Duties include:
- Development and documentation for project plans/charts, requirements, resources, and prototypes
- Define project strategy, develop, and maintain roadmap of feature sets and capabilities for the project to meet current and future needs.
- Routine Project monitoring & status dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
- Market research and analysis in identifying new products and existing project enhancement.
- Define partnership and market requirements, build the business and financial rationale for partnerships, aggregate feedback, and track performance metrics to measure success.
- Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to technical team; contribute and approve the project-related business requirements documents.
- Show strong business and technical judgment that will accelerate time of releases while incrementally moving our solutions and services towards the long-term vision.
- Work with relevant product team, represent the technical organization and evangelize the work to senior management leadership.
- Prepare & deliver slide presentations and solution demonstrations of existing and new software products and solutions to customers.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a technology team and setting the technical vision for enhancing project to serve client's needs.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting or a similar role.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced and evolving environments.
