SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties, emphasizing key features for marketing purposes.
- Apply cinematic techniques to create engaging property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
- Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand their vision and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with editing teams to maintain a consistent visual style during post-production.
- Develop virtual tours for properties, offering potential buyers an immersive experience.
- Capture high-resolution photographs of real estate properties, focusing on key selling points and architectural details.
- Ensure that images accurately represent the property's aesthetics and features to attract potential buyers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in the use of post-production software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
