Description

  • Reporting to the Social Performance Manager
  • Conduct Vendors to new project sites
  • Support procurement in implementing Community projects
  • Monitor payments for all Community  related matters
  • Maintain proper filing system for all community projects
  • Support the CDO in secretarial work and represent him in his absence.
  • Distribution of seasonal gift items.
  • Arrangement of venues for community projects commissioning.
  • Arrangement of venues for meetings/occasions
  • Monitor and report to management, the status of community and community related behaviours /restiveness in our areas of operations...
  • Ensure that community projects are executed in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
  • Provide support to the Manager in the delivery of good community relations between DCP and its catchment communities.
  • This is to ensure successful implementation of social policies and strategic objectives in the areas of community relations and development.

Requirements

  • ND/Diploma in Business Administration,  social science Management, Sociology, economics and related
  • Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in Community Relation/social performance
