Job Summary:

We are looking for a Computerized Maintenance Management System Coordinator to join our team at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.

The CMMS Coordinator ensures the efficient utilization of maintenance software to support effective maintenance activities. This role involves coordinating with planning and scheduling teams to ensure that shutdowns are adequately planned with all required spares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SAP maintenance functions and transactions.
  • Document and maintain records of maintenance activities and processes.
  • Track and control maintenance costs using software tools.
  • Assist in improvement projects to enhance maintenance efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment performance.
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime during production.
  • Troubleshoot process issues to maintain optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of equipment and maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in handling and operating maintenance equipment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in maintenance software.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
