Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly creative and dynamic Content Creator/Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. This role is not just about content creation, it’s about creating content with the potential to go viral and making a real-time impact across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video recording, real-time editing, photography, and viral content strategy to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Bluebulb’s brand vision, values, and objectives.
- Create engaging and viral-worthy content, including, but not limited to: reels, videos, and social media posts to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends, viral challenges, and social media algorithms to craft content that resonates with the brand voice/tone/values and reaches a wider audience.
- Brainstorm and execute innovative campaign ideas to drive brand engagement and visibility.
Video Production & Real-Time Editing
- Record, edit, and publish videos in real time to ensure timely and relevant content for digital platforms.
- Produce high-quality professional reels/videos optimized for engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Capture and edit photos that tell compelling brand stories.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
- Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust content strategies for optimal results.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and cultivate an online community that aligns with brand values.
Content Writing & Design
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content creation and production.
- Write compelling copy for social media captions and other digital and marketing content
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
- Strong storytelling skills; ability to craft content that connects with the audience.
- Expertise in video production tools & real-time editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Photography skills
- Deep understanding of social media trends, virality, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and in a fast-paced environment to create real-time content.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize content for results.
