Job Summary
- We are hiring a talented and adaptable Digital Content Creator to manage and execute content creation and social media strategy for a fast-growing wellness and recovery-focused brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies tailored to each platform to build a strong and engaged audience.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, carousels, and photo content that reflect the brand’s tone and message.
- Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms—posting, replying, engaging with community members.
- Stay updated with current digital trends, audio, and style formats to keep content relevant.
- Monitor competitive space and community feedback to refine content direction.
- Collaborate closely with the brand’s internal team to ensure content remains aligned with guidelines and tone.
- Track engagement and performance metrics to inform content improvement and platform strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital content creation and social media management.
- Must own and use an iPhone with a high-quality camera.
- Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable creating in calm, minimal, and wellness-forward aesthetics.
- Proficient in short-form video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, and similar apps.
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok best practices.
- Able to juggle multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Available to be on-site 3 times a week in Lekki.
- Must visit Creaniacs HQ once monthly (mandatory).
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
