Job Summary
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging our audience through creative and compelling content.
- From showcasing beautifully curated gifts to promoting custom and corporate solutions, your work will help tell our brand story, grow our online community, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a warm and professional brand presence.
- Track performance metrics using social media insights and analytics tools, and adjust content accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media with campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices in the gifting, lifestyle, and retail space.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase product awareness and drive traffic.
- Build relationships with influencers, manage brand collaborations, and support user-generated content.
- Provide monthly social media reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Required skill and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or gifting.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
- Creative content creation and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies for growth.
- Experience with paid ads and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- A passion for visual storytelling, branding, and creating a strong online presence.
- Experience with growing and managing online communities, influencer partnerships, and content calendars is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
