Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop email marketing assets, social media assets, and branding materials that reflect the unique voice and identity of each partner.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the respective individual brand guidelines of each partner.
- Email Marketing: Write and design tailored email campaigns in platforms such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Constant Contact, Toast Marketing and more
- Industry Insight: Utilize knowledge of the F&B industry and interest in hospitality to create relevant and engaging content
- Visual Translation: Transform creative copy into visually appealing assets using design tools like Canva.
- Brand Voice: Mimic the brand voice of clients in content creation to maintain consistency and authenticity across all channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective communication.
What Success Looks Like:
- Engaging Content: Consistently produce high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates the brand's message and resonates with the audience.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing channels and materials.
- Effective Creative Copy: Translate creative copy into effective email campaigns and marketing assets that generate positive results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing, with a focus on the F&B industry.
- Language Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Email Marketing Experience: Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Constant Contact, Toast Marketing, etc.
- Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing and branding materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Design Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools for creating visual content.
- Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle and appropriately prioritize different competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Independence: Ability to work independently and creatively, while working with strict parameters and brand guidelines
