Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creatives: Design and produce high-quality ad creatives, including both graphics and video content, to support various marketing campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Utilize Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually appealing and effective graphics for ads and other marketing materials.
- Video Editing: Use CapCut or other video editing software to edit and enhance video content, ensuring it meets high standards for performance and engagement. Proficiency in Adobe Suite for video editing is strongly preferred.
- High-Performing Ads: Develop and test ad creatives to optimize performance, using insights to drive improvements and achieve campaign goals.

- Effective Ad Creatives: Produce visually compelling and effective ad creatives that drive high performance in advertising campaigns.
- High-Quality Graphics and Videos: Deliver graphics and videos that meet or exceed industry standards and resonate with the target audience.

- Creative Innovation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to ad design and video content, enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating ad graphics and videos, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing ad creatives.
- Canva Proficiency: Proficient in Canva for graphic design, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Adobe Suite Proficiency: Strongly preferred; experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Video Editing Skills: Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software, capable of producing polished and engaging video content.
- Creative and Strategic: Ability to develop creative ad solutions that align with marketing goals and drive performance.
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
