Description
- We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing engaging, value-driven content across all platforms—social media, blog, website, email campaigns, and more—to elevate brand visibility, connect with our audience, and drive lead generation for our real estate offerings
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, compelling, and engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Write blog posts, property descriptions, email newsletters, and captions that reflect our brand voice.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to develop multimedia content.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in planning and scripting short-form video content for social reels, client testimonials, and virtual tours.
- Monitor content performance using insights/analytics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Build brand awareness and audience engagement through storytelling and value-led content.
- Research industry-related topics and competitors to position Yemsays Properties as a market leader.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years of content creation experience in real estate, media, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- Portfolio or links to previous content work (written and/or visual).
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and brand tone.
- Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to repurpose content across platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency.
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera .
Other Requirements:
- Passion for real estate, lifestyle branding, and digital media.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- Willingness to attend property shoots and events for content documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
