Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Develop TikTok content strategy to achieve 10K followers and 1M views
- Manage and coordinate the content creation team
- Secure B2B partnerships and brand collaborations
- Optimize budget allocation across platforms
- Implement AI-powered content strategies and automation
- Report directly to executive leadership with analytics and insights
- Create engaging blog content for the company website and LinkedIn
- Develop LinkedIn strategy to drive growth from 0 to 10k followers
- Create AI-enhanced content using tools like Genspark
- Manage website content updates and SEO optimization
- Produce thought leadership content for the B2B logistics industry
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Collaborate on campaign creative strategies during rebranding
Requirements
- Degree, HND/OND in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and blogging
- Proven track record of growing business accounts on socials, YouTube, and LinkedIn content management
- Proficiency in WordPress, CMS platforms, and SEO tools
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and analytics
- Understanding of AI content tools and automation
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro) and Capcut Pro
- Extensive experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Strong analytical and budget management skills
- Experience with video content creation and editing
