Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Youth Corp Member with strong editing and content creation skills to support the CEO of Lifecard.
- This role involves shadowing the CEO, capturing day-to-day activities, creating and editing content, and sharing real-time updates across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Editing: Capture the CEO’s activities, meetings, and events through photos, videos, and notes. Edit and format content for publication, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging storytelling.
- Social Media Management: Post updates, stories, and insights from the CEO’s daily engagements to social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.
- Follow-Up and Coordination: Accompany the CEO to meetings and events, manage follow-up actions, and ensure timely communication.
- Documentation: Keep organized records of the CEO’s engagements, interactions, and important conversations for reference and reporting.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Lifecard, ensuring that all content aligns with the company's mission and values.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with managing the CEO's calendar, setting reminders, and arranging appointments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Media, English, or a related field.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
