Job Summary:

• Develop high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Create visually appealing and shareable content that highlights Agu.ng’s products, brand values, and lifestyle appeal.
• Implement a cohesive content strategy across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and the e-commerce website.
• Optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the sales operations and e-commerce teams to create compelling product campaigns, including photoshoots, videos, and written content.
• Develop storylines for seasonal launches, promotions, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain and enhance Agu.ng’s unique voice and style across all content.
• Drive relationships with customers and influencers by creating interactive content, hosting live sessions, and responding to comments and messages.
• Create community-driven campaigns that encourage user-generated content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in core content creation; Experience in fashion or lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills.
• Strong ability to interpret content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
