Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original and insightful content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and search ranking.
- Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to write creatively and adapt tone/style for different audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.
