Job Summary

The Content Strategist is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to position Sunbeth as a thought leader in the industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to craft content that engages diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to create articles, reports, white papers, and other materials that drive brand visibility and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with Sunbeth's goals and brand positioning.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content, including articles, reports, white papers, blogs, and social media posts.

Thought Leadership:

  • Identify emerging industry trends and craft thought leadership pieces to position Sunbeth as a leader in the sector. 
  • Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to produce opinion pieces, interviews, and insights.

Content Planning and Management:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery across channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms to enhance reach and engagement.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the Communications team and other departments to gather inputs and align content with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with designers and multimedia teams to produce visually appealing and interactive content.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

  • Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously refine content strategies based on audience engagement and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of creating high-impact content and thought leadership materials.

Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content performance tracking.
