Role Summary

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Content Writer Intern at AmorServ.
  • As a Content Writer Intern, you will be responsible for web content writing, content strategy development, research, writing, and proofreading.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on various content projects and support the marketing team in creating engaging and informative content.

Role Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Research industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for new content pieces.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that aligns with the organization's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative concepts and develop content plans for specific campaigns or projects.

Content Editing and Proofreading:

  • Review and edit content drafts to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to style and tone guidelines.
  • Proofread written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers or colleagues to help improve the overall quality of content produced by the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling and error-free content.
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and AP style or other writing guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to gather information from credible sources.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of content marketing.
