Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- This role will involve content creation, media relations, crisis communication, and digital media management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic corporate communication plans to align with the company’s objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.
- Oversee media relations, including press releases, media coverage, and crisis communication.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the media.
- Support leadership in speech writing, presentations, and public engagements.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in digital media management and content creation.
- Experience in crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with corporate branding and reputation management.
- Experience working with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging communication technologies.
