CrossBoundary Energy is recruiting a Country Security Lead for the development and implementation of its activities in Africa, with a focus on its Telecom Energy Solutions project opportunities. We are actively pursuing opportunities to provide energy services to integrate solar PV and storage solutions with telecom customers who rely on diesel generators to provide power to their operations. Working with our engineering team, EHS team, operations team, business development team, finance team and external consultants and EPC contractors, the Country Security Lead will be responsible for the overall security of CBE personnel and assets across Nigeria. This role will oversee security services procured from sub-contractors, act as a security focal point for client security team and government security forces. They will also oversee health and safety of all aspects of the project, including personnel transport. Other activities include incident management, reporting, and building of a culture of continuous improvement and risk management across projects.

CBE is not an EPC or a pure developer, as we seek to build a portfolio of long-term, high-performing assets. CBE will look to you for practical insights on how to make discrete business decisions that will directly affect our financial outcomes.
