At Codva Creatives we believe that a participant’s excitement about an eLearning experience is certainly important, but it may not affect bottom line like you were hoping. We are a team of experienced instructional designers, creative professionals and learning experts, using different learning methodologies that focus on learning needs and objectives to achieve ROL (Return On Learning).
What You’ll Be Doing
The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Designing graphics, layouts, illustrations, and templates for presentations, toolkits, and learning materials
- Developing and maintaining Codva’s visual identity across digital assets and client work
- Applying brand guidelines and accessibility standards to all designs
- Creating motion graphics and short animations for social media, micro-learning, or storytelling assets
- Collaborating with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through movement and pacing
- Using tools like After Effects, Canva Pro, or similar platforms to generate high-quality animations
- Contributing to design flows and wireframes for digital experiences (web, mobile, learning portals)
- Translating user journeys and content outlines into clean, functional interface elements
- Collaborating with the Creative Writer and Project Leads to ensure cohesive design across the user experience
- Continuously improving assets based on feedback, performance, or evolving standards
- Staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in learning and digital communication
- Ensuring design outputs are MEAT-aligned: memorable, digestible, applicable, and transferable
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or functional UI design
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Canva Pro
- Experience with motion design, storytelling through animation, and short-form video content
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Thrives in collaborative environments and communicates ideas clearly
- Is passionate about visual consistency, brand integrity, and design accessibility
- Approaches every design project with a strong sense of purpose and storytelling
- Embodies Codva’s KIND values and is committed to crafting meaningful experiences
