Description

  • We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a talented individual who can deliver high-quality designs across various platforms, including print, social media, web, and email marketing. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong ability to bring ideas to life through design, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design for Print and Digital Media:

  • Design compelling and visually appealing graphics for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and adapting designs for different formats (e.g., posts, stories, ads).
  • Develop motion graphics and animations for digital use, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Website Design and Management:

  • Design and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually cohesive experience.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement design changes and optimize the website for performance and SEO.
  • Regularly update content and graphics to keep the website fresh and aligned with current marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation of templates, graphics, and layouts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine brand assets as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure design projects meet business objectives.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

Innovation and Creativity:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
  • Continuously explore new design techniques and tools to enhance the quality and impact of your work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3 minimum as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of still, motion, and web design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), as well as web design tools like WordPress, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in creating and managing websites, including knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and best practices for email design.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing and animation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for monitoring website and email campaign performance.
