Job Description
- Interpret design briefs and understand project requirements.
- Generate original ideas and concepts that bring creative briefs to life.
- Develop initial drafts and present them for feedback.
- Create illustrations, logos, social media visuals, event banners, and other designs using digital tools or by hand.
- Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and layouts to enhance visual appeal.
- Work closely with writers, marketers, and the creative lead to deliver high-quality designs.
- Ensure graphics are optimized for various media platforms (print, digital, web).
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure all final designs are visually appealing and aligned with the agency’s brand standards.
Requirements & Skills
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative or media environment.
- A Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage but not a requirement.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including illustrations and brand work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to understand project needs and articulate design choices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with emerging design trends and willingness to learn new techniques.
