Job Summary:

  • As the Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security strategies to protect SIFAX Group’s IT systems from cyber threats. Reporting to the Project Manager, Information Technology, you will oversee security operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the organization’s Cyber Security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Cyber Security strategy for SIFAX Group.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats and security incidents across the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to identify security gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry security standards.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting of security breaches.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Educate employees on Cyber Security best practices and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions into system architecture.
  • Develop and enforce policies and protocols related to data protection and IT security.
  • Keep abreast of emerging threats, trends, and technologies in Cyber Security.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Effectiveness of security policies and incident response time.
  • Reduction in cyber threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities.
  • Compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Successful implementation of security awareness training programs.
  • Performance and reliability of security infrastructure.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Cyber Security, with a strong track record in managing IT security operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
  • Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and encryption technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other security frameworks.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
