Mitiget Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in threat detection, incident response, and security infrastructure management. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
- Manage and maintain security systems such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to strengthen security posture.
- Develop and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their cybersecurity needs and recommend effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on threat detection and incident response.
- Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus software, etc.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewall configurations, and secure coding principles.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems for vulnerabilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
