Job description

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Data Administration / Recruitment Intern to join its workforce in Port Harcourt.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Plan & Organize for Test Sessions.Interviews.Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
  • Develop and keep up-to-date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
  • Assist the recruitment team with its day-to-day activities, e.g. Sourcing of CV.

Data Administration

  •  Formatting CVs into the right formats (either SPIE format or client-imposed format)
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations when needed
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Excel is mandatory 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suits.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Punctuality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Solid Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • High school diploma: additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Must reside or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
