Position Description
mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our Data Centre of Excellence team as a Data Analyst Associate. The successful candidate for this role will be a data enthusiast, a fast learner, and an innovative thinker. Additionally, this candidate is never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following up and getting things done, and can thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric, and ever-changing analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and interpreting data using various analytical tools and techniques.
- Taking ownership of data quality and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs and provide insights and recommendations
- Support in prioritizing and executing data analysis projects to meet business needs and deadlines
- Collecting and cleaning data from various sources
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensure Data quality and testing documentation
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (incl. metabase, power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
