Position Description

mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our Data Centre of Excellence team as a Data Analyst Associate. The successful candidate for this role will be a data enthusiast, a fast learner, and an innovative thinker. Additionally, this candidate is never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following up and getting things done, and can thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric, and ever-changing analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyzing and interpreting data using various analytical tools and techniques.
Taking ownership of data quality and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs and provide insights and recommendations
Support in prioritizing and executing data analysis projects to meet business needs and deadlines
Collecting and cleaning data from various sources
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders
Identifying patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations
Ensure Data quality and testing documentation
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Our Ideal Candidate

Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (incl. metabase, power BI, Tableau etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
