Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage reporting and performance analysis.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight performance gaps with actionable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare periodic business review presentations for client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Experience working with an FMCG is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Pivot tables, Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
