Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help evaluate the success of our program, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. The idealcandidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data management tools, and a passion for social impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, clean,and manage data from variousprogram activities and external sources.
  2. Analyze data to identifytrends, patterns, and insights that inform programstrategies and decision- making.
  3. Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate program performance and impact to stakeholders.
  4. Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools.
  5. Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
  6. Conduct literature reviews and background researchto support programdevelopment and evaluation.
  7. Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications for internal and external audiences.
  8. Participate in team meetingsand contribute to discussions on program planningand improvement.
  9. Collaborate with programmanagers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics.
  10. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance programeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degreein data science,Statistics, Economics, SocialSciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysissoftware (e.g., SPSS,R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data analysismethods and data management practices.
  • Excellent attention to detailand problem-solving skills.
  • Strong writtenand verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complexdata in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
