ROLES
- Effectively booking conversion rates.
- Ensure acccracy of predictive models for travel trends and demand forecasting.
- Understand tactors attecting custorner retention and strategies to it
- Adherence to data governance and compliance standards set by the organization
- Collect clean, datasets to identity meaningful trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to improved decision-making processes.
- [h'dop and maintain data roodels, dashboards and reports that effectively cornplex data in a clear and concise manner.
- proactively identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis, providing recommendations for improvement and growth.
- collaborate closely with cross-functional tearnS to understarxi busiæss requirernents translating them into actionable insights.
- Independently lead or handle projects related to data analysis, ensuring accurate and tine-ly deüvery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ernerginganalyticaltechniques that enhance data analysis capabilities within the FMCG sector.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bcrhelors degree in data science field with proven experience of 2-4 years.
- professional certification will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insignts
- Proficency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL, Python, or R.
- Dernonstrated proficiency in project managernent, with the ability to independently lead or handle multiple projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong business acurnen.
- Excellent cornmunication and presgltation skills.
