(Afri-inc) on an aspiration to create the future of Africa with technology and strategic management Our understandings of issue The East Africa economies have been recorded more than 5% annual growth over the last decade. However, advanced technology innovation and strategic management are still vital for local enterprise to evolve to regional leading companies and create sustainable employment. On the other side, Japanese companies are still less equipped to grasp demand and establish commercial networks in African and other emerging markets in terms of both human resources and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze and interpret datasets from our database to identify insights
Conduct deep dive analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations to cross functional teams.
Develop visualizations to present analytical findings to stakeholders
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance and decision making.
Provide training and support to team members in using data analysis tools and understanding reports.

Competency Required

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Data Analyst preferably in IT industry
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong track record of delivering high quality insights and recommendations
Proficiency in data visualization tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex findings to non technical stakeholder.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
