Life Helpers Initiative (LHI) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Education, Health, and Social and Community development services, all geared towards bringing joy to individuals. Established on October 1, 2004, the organization has actively engaged in a multitude of developmental programs spanning Health, Education, and Socioeconomic development. These initiatives are specifically designed to benefit children, women, young people, and communities, with the overarching goal of bringing smiles to faces.
Overall, Job Purpose:
- To carry out medical data collection and entry activities into the organization’s database recording all relevant clinical and demographic data on patients and ensuring data quality/reliability, according to Life Helpers Initiative procedures and maintaining confidentiality while producing the appropriate, updated documents for the medical team in order to support decision making processes.
Qualifications:
- Must be resident in Katsina state
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Must have cognate experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in data management, computer science, Information technology, Health Informatics, Medical statistics/Statistics/Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills, Adept in qualitative and quantitative data management, analysis and research.
- Computer literacy skills, especially word processing and excel
- Sensitive and caring but firm and decisive in managing staff.
- Possesses the good nature and character to maneuver the changing environment
