- We are looking for a smart and driven Data Engineer to join our data team. You’ll help build and maintain data pipelines, work closely with analysts, and ensure our data is reliable, well-structured, and ready for reporting and decision-making.
- The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data at scale, and wants to shape how data is delivered across the company.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines on Airflow, ensuring reliability, freshness, and timely delivery.
- Design and implement analytics and BI-ready data models in dbt for reporting and business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with streaming data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of data orchestration tools (preferably Apache Airflow)
- Experience working with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) sources.
- Hands-on experience with transformation frameworks (preferably dbt).
- Solid understanding of change data capture (CDC) techniques and incremental data processing.
- Good understanding of dimensional modeling principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and version control.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
