Responsibilities
- Enter and update information in a database or software application accurately and timely.
- Analyze data to identify deficiencies or mistakes, correct incompatibilities, and validate results.
- Investigate and confirm the correctness of data when necessary.
- Protect sensitive data by upholding confidentiality and security throughout handling and storage.
- Work closely with team members, management, and clients to ensure clear understanding of data input requirements.
- Conduct regular backups to safeguard data integrity and preservation.
- Follow company policies regarding data security and integrity.
- Provide support in preparing reports and extracting data when needed.
- Support administrative operations by handling email communication and organizing digital files.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry software, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience working with database management tools, coupled with a basic understanding of information security and privacy standards.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, and familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different software or tools as needed.
Salary
N400,000 Monthly (non-negotiable).
