Salary: ?50,000 - ?70,000 per month, plus data allowance
Overview: Ribap Solutions Limited is seeking a dedicated Data Management Specialist to assist with capturing and analyzing data for our customer, a prominent retail brand specializing in various items imported from China. This role involves managing data related to sales and warehouse operations, entering it into Excel, and ensuring the accuracy of stock and financial records through our POS software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and input data from sales and warehouse teams into Excel spreadsheets daily.
- Analyze data for discrepancies and prepare reports on sales and inventory.
- Facilitate communication between sales and warehouse staff via dedicated WhatsApp groups.
- Post daily sales transactions into POS software to track sales and inventory movements.
- Conduct quarterly stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records. (This is outsourced and will be done by an external party)
- Communicate findings and provide insights based on data analysis to help optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Must possess a personal laptop and smartphone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in retail or inventory management is preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
- The position is remote, but the candidate might be required to come to the store located in Ebute Ero Market, Lagos, two Saturdays per month.
- Training will be provided to familiarize with the specific systems and processes used by Our customer.
